Independent Warehouse Distributors, LLC (IWD) was founded in 1985 with a core of 15 WD´s in the northeast. We have grown to an international distribution network of over 180 members with 800+ distribution points throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada, serving the automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket with high quality parts.
IWD is a limited liability company (LLC), composed of the Auto Pride Automotive Division and the Truck Pride Heavy Duty/Fleet Division. Our goal is to achieve the best possible competitive position for our member-distributors on quality national brand products and private brand products, while being sensitive to their individual needs.
Truck Pride offers its members manufacturer buying programs from over 120 major national brand vendors. There are Preferred Vendors in key categories and high-value Truck Pride branded programs.
In 1997 a complete marketing program was developed and introduced for Truck Pride members. We offer a comprehensive menu of programs and services. We are dedicated to serving our Truck Pride distributor, the owner operator, repair shops, regional fleets and national fleets.
Our Truck Service Experts is a unique program of marketing and business tools for the independent repair shops. The program includes group identification and marketing on a national scope. Repair shops will receive many benefits and look of a national franchise at an affordable cost and still maintain their independence. The program will increase visibility, build market strength and enhance customer relations.
