Wanted



  1. In order to participate in the Truck Pride Box Top program the Repair Facilities must fill out the Box Top enrollment form and fax or mail it to: Fax 203-488-2394 or mail to Truck Pride Marketing, Truck Pride Box Top Program, 688 East Main St., Branford, CT 06405.
  2. Depending on the manufacturers specifications you will collect participating vendors UPC code, box top or the complete box purchased from Truck Pride Parts Distributors.
  3. When you are ready to send the box tops in:
    1. Completely fill out the enclosed Box Top Redemption Tally Form and enclose it with your Box Tops.
    2. Completely fill out the enclosed Box Top Collection Form and Fax it to 203-488-2394 for Fed Ex pick up. We will mail a Fed Ex label with instructions to affix it to the box or envelope containing the box tops and a number to call Fed Ex for pick up. The shipping will be billed to Truck Pride.
  4. A quarterly report detailing all redemption points will be mailed.
  1. Complete the Gift Certificate Order Form.
  2. Fax 203-865-0240 or mail the order form to:

  3. Gift Certificate will be sent directly to the address provided. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
  1. A repair facility activity summary report detailing the Box Top redemption and current balance of points will be mailed quarterly when Box Top Collection is received.

Box Top Termination Policy: In the event of the termination of a participating manufacturer you will receive written notice at least 60 days before the termination date.You will have 60 days from the date of this notice to submit and redeem your box tops for their full value. Your box tops must be received by the Truck Pride redemption center before the expiration of such 60 day period. Upon the expiration of such 60 day period, your box tops for the terminated manufacturer will be void and have no monetary value. In the event of the termination of the Truck Pride Box Top program you will receive written notice at least 60 days before the termination date. You will have 60 days to submit and redeem your box tops for gift cards.Your box tops must be received by Truck Pride redemption center before the expiration of such 60 day period. Upon the expiration of such 60 day period, your box tops will be void and have no monetary value.
